The scholarship is available on a one-time basis to graduating seniors from John Marshall High School who are planning to attend a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) full-time. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate financial need as indicated by their FAFSA application. This scholarship aims to support students in furthering their education at an HBCU while alleviating some of the financial burdens associated with college.
